Refinance and Cash Out

If your current loan is coming due, or liquidity is a problem, we can help refinance and cash out part of the equity in your property. This liquidity can be used for repositioning and lease ups, renovations, or to meet other obligations associated with the property. This cash source can also be used when your equity is tied up in one property and you have found additional real estate opportunities to capitalize on. (See Acquisitions.)
