Arthur P. “Tim” Brazy, Jr.
CEO, Church Mortgage Acceptance Co., LLC

Mr. Brazy has over 20 years of experience in the real estate, financial services and investment industries. He is CEO and founding Principal of Church Mortgage Acceptance Co., LLC, an exclusive lender to the religious institution industry. Since 2001, he has served as CEO of Lakefront Ventures LLC, a private investment firm specializing in commercial and mortgage finance, private equity investments and structured finance advisory services. During the 1990s, he ran a series of private investment partnerships that provided over $5 billion of financing to small business and commercial real estate owners nationwide.

Prior to that time, Mr. Brazy was an officer with Eastdil Realty, a diversified real estate investment bank currently owned by Wells Fargo. At Eastdil, he was responsible for advisory assignments and major property debt and equity capital placements totaling over $900 million on a wide variety of existing and to-be-built properties, including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and industrial projects.

He received a B.S. degree in Economics from the California Institute of Technology, pursued further graduate studies as a fellow at Oxford University, and received an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Bruce Burkard
Managing Partner, Four Corners Properties

Mr. Burkard has extensive experience in real estate investment, financing, and asset management. Since founding Four Corners Properties in 2005, Mr. Burkard has completed the acquisition of 21 buildings totaling 1,200,000 square feet of office and R&D space representing a total investment of approximately $212 million. Prior to Four Corners Properties, Mr. Burkard was an Acquisitions Director with Broadreach Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition of approximately 1 million square feet of office and R&D investments in Northern California and Denver with a total investment value of approximately $80 million.

Formerly a Vice President of Leasing at Equity Office Properties Trust (“EOP”), Mr. Burkard was the senior leasing executive for the Silicon Valley region. He was responsible for a team managing and leasing approximately 11.3 million square feet of office, R&D, retail, and industrial space located throughout the greater San Jose area. Prior to EOP’s acquisition of Spieker Properties (“SPK”), Mr. Burkard served as a Project Director at Spieker Properties where he acquired, disposed of, leased and managed a portfolio of office, R&D and industrial properties in the Silicon Valley totaling 3.5 million square feet with a total value of $600 million.

Prior to joining Spieker in 1998, Mr. Burkard held numerous positions with Bank of America N.T. & S.A. During nearly six years at Bank of America, he worked in its Real Estate REO Group, Real Estate Project Finance Group, National Accounts Group and Special Assets Group. These positions involved asset management, analysis and disposition, loan sourcing and evaluations of project finance opportunities with Northern California-based real estate developers, underwriting for residential, multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties, loan restructuring, workouts, and credit analysis.

Mr. Burkard graduated Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a second major in European History.

Rob Castelli

Mr. Castelli has 20 years of commercial real estate experience. From 1988 to 1995, Mr. Castelli worked as a portfolio controller for M. Alfieri Company, Bessemer Trust and Eastdil Realty. In 1995, Mr. Castelli became an Asset Manager for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company responsible for managing over $100 million for MetLife’s real estate portfolio.

In 1996, Mr. Castelli joined Union Property Capital as a managing partner responsible for acquiring, managing, and financing, commercial real estate assets for high net worth individuals and pension clients as well as UPC’s own portfolio. During this period, Mr. Castelli started a health care group within the company acquiring assisted living facilities. He was responsible for the acquisition, raising equity, financing and managing of these assets.

Recently, Mr. Castelli was part of the management team at ICM Realty Group, LLC which is overseeing its $188 million German real estate portfolio in both the US and Canada.

Mr. Castelli is a native of Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Seton Hall University in 1987, receiving a B.S. in Accounting. Mr. Castelli also is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and Real Estate Broker.

Jeffrey Enright, MAI
Principal of ENRIGHT & COMPANY, INC.

Mr. Enright has been active in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting for more than 20 years. Prior to creating the firm, he was a Partner and Project Manager at Carneghi-Blum & Partners, Inc (formerly Carneghi-Bautovich and Partners, Inc.). His experience in real estate valuation extends across a broad spectrum of property types, including office, research and development (R&D), industrial, retail, residential (single and multifamily), mixed-use, vacant land, and special purpose properties including church, school, golf course, mobile home park, open space, wetlands, and public use facilities. Jeff has appraised real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as within the California counties of Santa Cruz, Monterey, Sacramento, and San Diego, and the states of Nevada, Arizona, and Wisconsin.

Mr. Enright is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with department honors in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences. He is a Member of the Appraisal Institute, having been granted the MAI designation in 1994, and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California.

Mr. Enright is also a Director and Treasurer for the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and has served as the Chapter’s Secretary; the Chairperson for the chapter’s Education and Courses Committee; a member of the General Experience Review Committee; and a panelist at Appraisal Institute seminars and workshops on report writing and training appraisal researchers. He has been Editor for SFBA Focus (a publication of the Appraisal Institute’s local chapter) – to which he has contributed multiple articles – and has chaired Appraisal Institute seminars on Assessment and Mello-Roos bond financing and a workshop on appraisal arbitration. Additionally, Jeff is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Right of Way Association.
